About us
LHC Viet Nam was established in Ha Noi in 2014. For more than ten years, we have worked alongside government agencies, project management units, development partners and investors on the environmental and social aspects of public and private investment projects, from investment preparation, through implementation, to construction completion.
Three pillars
Identifying and assessing environmental, health and safety impacts, proposing mitigation measures, and independently monitoring their implementation.
People affected by land acquisition, loss of livelihoods and resettlement, ethnic minorities, women and vulnerable groups are consulted and fully considered in project plans.
Forests, biodiversity, water resources and ecosystem services are assessed and accounted for, so that projects avoid and minimize losses and use resources sustainably. Disaster and climate risks are assessed to make works more resilient.

In most contracts, LHC is the single firm or JV lead member.
Periodic and final independent monitoring for WB-, ADB-, JICA- and AFD-financed projects; ESHS and/or livelihood audits for private projects financed by IFC, JBIC and other sources.
Domestic experts with in-depth expertise and practical experience in each service line; LHC has mobilized international environmental, social and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) experts for a number of projects.
Five principles and a six-step control process apply to every assignment.
We believe that professional reputation is built through the work itself: understanding the assignment correctly, respecting evidence, fully meeting our responsibilities and maintaining the quality of every output.
