Service 1

Environment, Occupational Health and Safety

Capabilities

  • Environmental impact assessment (EIA) under the Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14; environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA), environmental and social management plan (ESMP) and non-technical summary (NTS) to financier requirements; project-specific plans such as occupational health and safety (OHS), community health and safety, traffic management, dredging and disposal management, and emergency response; climate risk screening in ESIA
  • Baseline surveys and data collection, identification of impact sources, risk and impact assessment
  • Monitoring, sampling, compilation and evaluation of environmental data; implementation of monitoring programs and mitigation measures on behalf of project owners during construction
  • Environmental permits and environmental registration; environmental codes of practice (ECOP) and other environmental management tools
  • Periodic and final (completion) independent monitoring of environmental and social aspects, or of environmental aspects only, depending on the package
  • ESHS (environmental, social, health and safety) supervision within construction supervision packages
  • Periodic and construction-completion ESHS audits; environmental and social audits of companies and their projects; occupational health and safety management plans (OHSMP)

Service 2

Social, Ethnic Minorities, Gender, Resettlement and Livelihood Restoration

Capabilities

  • Socio-economic surveys (SES), inventory of losses (IOL), replacement cost surveys (RCS)
  • Community consultation and information disclosure; stakeholder engagement plans (SEP); grievance redress mechanisms; prevention of gender-based violence and sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (GBV/SEA-SH) in SEP and LMP
  • Social assessment (SA); resettlement policy frameworks and resettlement plans (RPF, RP/RAP); due diligence reports (DDR)
